Power on Device, download and install the latest “BroadLink” APP, and sign up a BroadLink account.

STEP 2

Follow the instruction to get the IR hub connected to wifi and control the LED strip.

Go to “Add voice assistance” in BroadLink APP and link skill, then discover devices.

What should I do when I fail to configure the device?

Make sure your phone is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network before adding device (5GHz is not supported); The Wi-Fi password should contain no more than 32 characters and no special characters; mesh network is not supported

Will others find my devices?

Only the user added to your home member and assigned with permission can access to authorized devices

Can I control the RF device？

NO, RM4mini is a IR smart remote, and supports infrared control ( IR Frequencies 38Khz), not for RF control.

Weak signal?

There should be no block between the devices and RM4 mini when use it. IR signal can’t transmitted through obstacle, you should place it at the right signal covering range.
