1* Q:Why is it that every time I plug in a new device in the charger port, all the ports shut down for less than 1 second and then restart？

4* Q:Why does the 140W charger get slower?

5* My Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO ,Samsung mobile phone charging power is not high？

A:Due to the Android phone agreement, our charger supports Huawei’s maximum 22.5W super fast charge, Xiaomi’s maximum 27W, Oppo vivo’s maximum 20W, and Samsung’s 45W. Our charger is able to support single-port PD 100W fast charge, if it is to charge a laptop, please confirm whether your laptop supports PD protocol. Some laptops do not support PD fast charge.

6* Q:Does the 140W charger heat up badly?

A: It is normal for the charger to heat up when charging.
