In Device option, select “C7 USB3.0 Video”.

OBS Setting Resolution and FPS

A. Custom Resolution: In the Resolution/FPS Type option, select “Custom”.

B. Set Resolution: In the Resolution option, select the appropriate resolution.

C. Set FPS: In the FPS option, select the appropriate frame rate.

Noted：Only USB3.0 mode supports up to 60FPS, otherwise USB2.0 mode only supports up to 50FPS. For more detail, please check the user manual.

OBS Sound Settings

A. In the “Audio Output Mode” option, select “Output desktop audio (WaveOut)”.

B. Mark the “√” in the box in front of the “Use custom audio device”.

C. In the “Audio Device” option, select “C7 USB3.0 Audio”.

The OBS is set up and ready for normal use.

FAQ:

(1). Q: How to identify whether it is a real USB 3.0 capture card ？

— A: If the capture card is connected to the USB 3.0 interface of the computer, the video format captured by OBS supports YUY2 1080P 60FPS format, which is a real USB 3.0 capture card. PACOXI capture card supports YUY2 1080P 60FPS, so it is a real USB3.0 capture card.

(2). Q:The resolution cannot reach 1080p 60FPS？

— A: Please confirm if your computer is USB3.0. If it is not USB3.0, it cannot reach 1080P 60FPS.

(3). Q: What should I do when there is flickering green screen?

— A: Re-plug the USB and HDMI cables properly, issue is caused by bad connecting.If it still cannot be resolved, please try replacing the HDMI cable.

(4). Q: What to do “there was no sound coming through”?

–A: Add Sources “Audio Input Capture” to get property “Microphone/Aux”, unless your PC has “Desktop Audio”.

(5). Q: How to deal with buzzing sound?

— A: Some low voltage USB panels would cause static buzzing sound, change a proper USB panel.

(6). Q: Can I use a headphone/microphone combo in one cord instead of two separate things?

— A: It won’t transmit your voice unless you add a splitter.

(7). Q: How can I use this without headphone/mic attached and still hear audio on my pc?

— A:There are two solutions.

Insert the external audio directly into the “audio out” port of the capture card.Check the sound configuration of OBS.

First, select the “Output Desktop Audio (WaveOut)” item at the up and down arrows on the far right of the “Audio Output Mode” column.

Second, mark the “√” in the box before “use custom audio device”.

Finally, select the MIC input of the collector at the up and down arrows on the far right of the “Audio Device” column.

(8). Q:Does the laptop only capture images without sound, or does the OBS live stream have no sound?

— A:Please check if the computer turned on “Listen to this device”;If you don’t know how to open it, please refer to the manual “Computer audio options Settings” and follow the prompts to operate.
