Q. Why does the electric hot pot stop suddenly during the heating process?

A. It is because the product has overheating protection. Since the heating principle of the product is mechanical heating, it will stop heating when the product reaches the specified temperature and start the overheat protection function, it will continue to reheat after the temperature cools down.

Q. The indicator light went out when my hot pot was working, but it seems to be heating up all the time, is my light broken?

A. Don’t worry, this is not a sign of damage. As the product reaches the set temperature to activate the overheating protection, the heating will be suspended and the indicator light out. If the power is not shut off, the heating will continue automatically after the temperature is lowered. Thus the indicator light is off but it does not actually stop working.
