The Necessary Steps When use Optical/HDMI-ARC Connection

For Optical connection, Please remove the rubber protective cap on the optical cable, then connect the sound bar to the TV via the optical cable.
For Optical/HDMI-ARC connections, please change your TV audio output to optical/HDMI-ARC
Change the audio format setting to PCM.
*Does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TVs, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video APPs. Otherwise there will be noise.

*The optical cable is included in the package, but the HDMI-ARC cable is not supplied.
*Soundbar can only connect to the active subwoofer.
*Provide remote control replacement for free.
